Along with regional team, started the operation of credit products in Shopee BR e-commerce marketplace, one of the largest in the country.
In order to be more engaged in the university community, I was president of the consulting junior company of the institute and founded a 100% preparatory course, that operates in the campus, for the entrance exams in the university - focused on high-school students.
Starting the Data Team at Credit department and at Collection sub-structure.
- First hire of the credit data team, along with a senior, to build the data operation
- Ensured the visibility needed and automated manual processes that took hours-long to be done
- Conducted lots of analysis in order to bring strong insights with actionables for the business
- A/B tested business strategies
- Built Machine Learning/AI models to improve our decision-making
- Helped to create a data-driven environment, improving data skills of non-technical members
- Developed AI model improving payment conversions in 5p.p. with reminder sending for selected users
- Conducted interviews and the onboarding of 7 new team members

A 100% free preparatory course for high-school students in financial-needs for entrance exams in the university - founded and directed this project, working from raising funding to recruiting volunteer teachers and reaching students in their schools, leading a team of 20+ people in search of a common good - democratization of education.
Started the first class with 30 students, and admitting 4 of them.
IME Jr is the junior consulting company of the institute - focused in data, education and programming services.
I was president for 1 year, leading a team of 30+ members, focusing in developing their technical skills to insert them in the job market, putting them in real-life problems to solve. We finished the year with 70% of the members in positions that they wanted.
